VIOTTOLA APARTMENT - SOUTH SIDE OF FLORENCE

Description:	The apartment is situeted on the Marignolle hill, in the south side of Florence, and it is a part of a bigger country house with an indipendent entrance. Wonderfully sited, surrounded by olives trees and gardens, it is an ideal location to work, study or relax at the same time staying very close to Florence - Porta Romana is 3 km far, Palazzo Pitti 4,5 km far - and enjoying the calm of the country. Without using car, a little bus with a fixed timetable links up in a few minutes Marignolle with Porta Romana, where are a bus stop and a taxi stand. The "Viottola" apartment, ideal for two people (with possibility of a third bed in the living room) consists of a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen with dining table and living room with a single sofa bed. From the living, a woodden staircase brings to an upper nice woodden study, opening on a beautiful terrace overlooking the Italian garden of the house and the mountains at the distance. All the floors are wood as all the fitting of the house. The heating system is indipendent, there is a portable air conditioner in the living room and a fan in the bedroom: the apartment is provided with TV with DVD player, internet WiFi, microwaves, toaster, cattle, coffee machine, washing machine, accessories to iron
