Description:
The apartment can lodge 2/3 people, it’s located in “Via Santa Maria n. 21 (black), to the first floor, of a 1800 building, near the “Piazza Santo Spirito” in the characteristic residential district of “Santo Spirito”, in the historical centre and close to the most important monuments and museums of the city: Old bridge 400 mts, Uffizi Gallery 600 mts, “Piazza della Signoria” 500 mts.
The "Santo Spirito" district is characterized by its craft men’s workshops and typical products shops, by local people’s everyday life which takes place here,  by picturesque town landscape still preserved here (rather than in other districts of Florence); the district is also famous for its  restorations schools, painting ones, design & fashion ones, Italian language for foreigners ones. In the district you can find typical “Trattorie” (i.e.: typical Florentine cuisine  restaurants), bar, discos and clubs which do make it one of the most interesting places of Florence’s nightlife.
The apartment  is composed from 2 rooms:
A kitchen fully equipped with Fridge, Microwaves and Electric Oven, Toaster, American Coffee Maker, Blender, Dishwasher. (In the kitchen is present a French sofa bed (mt 1,40).
A large double/triple room with the king matrimonial bed style, (more a single bed) with private bathroom with shower, wc/bidet and dryer hair.
Two/Three single beds configuration it’s possible.
Besides the apartment is equipped with satellite TV in the rooms, CD player, Safe, Washing machine and  iron equipment, autonomous conditioned air or heating, free line DSL for internet in the rooms.
