Description:
Characteristic apartment (90 m2) located on the top floor of an '800 building in the historic centre of Florence, just a short distance from the most important museums, easily accessible on foot. The apartment has been recently restructured with great care and taste and is equipped with all the comforts, including air conditioning. Due to its layout, the apartment is not particularly recommended for families with young children.
 
ACCOMMODATION: It is on the 3rd floor (no lift) and it’s made up of a living/dining room, going up a flight of stairs you reach onto a terrace with exceptional view onto Cathedral, Giotto's bell Tower and with a 3600 view of the city, kitchenette, 1 bath-room, 2 double bedrooms, going up another flight of stairs you reach onto mansard with 1 bath-room and divan bed ( for 1 person) . Comfortable fumishIngs and in part made up of period pieces.
 
SERVICES: Air conditioned, heater, satellite tv, washing machine, fridge, electric oven, toaster, hairdryer, iron. The apartment is located in the limited traffic zone.
 
For this apartment the owner requires a part payment of the 30% of the total amount through bank transfer. This apartment also requires a Security Deposit of 200 € that will be given back on the day of your departure except for the cleaning cost (around 12 € each person) and the cost for gas and electricity (around 70 €). However the cleaning cost and the cost of gas and electricity is considered in the total amount you see published on the web, so in no case you are going to pay more than the cost for night you see published.
