Amazingly, this unspoiled gem is only 15 minutes from the Highway, 25 minutes from Chiusi’s railway station and 10 minutes from Sarteano, the nearest main village.

It is possible to reach the property by car, and there is a large, free parking area adjacent to the village

INTERIOR

Recently restored and furnished with care, this two-story house is a reflection of the owner’s creativity and of her travels, and it offers peace and a breathtaking, panoramic view.

Ground floor: living room with fireplace, dining area with kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher), bathroom with shower.

1st floor: three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One large double bedroom, a second regular double bedroom, a third smaller double bedroom, a bathroom with tub and a bathroom with shower.

N.B. The house has central heating, a pellet-stove and a wood-burning fireplace, therefore, it’s warm and cozy even in winter.

By car:

A1 Highway, Roma-Firenze, exit at Chiusi-Chianciano Terme, turn left to Sarteano (7 km).

In Sarteano straight on across the square. Go through the traffic light and after 150 m you will see Via Santa Lucia and a signal to Castiglioncello del Trinoro on the left. Follow that road for 5km, then you will find a 2 km unpaved road up to the village. At the white, village sign, go straight keeping to the left. Casita is the second house on the right. 

By train:

Roma-Firenze Railway Line, get off at Chiusi station, then by taxi or rented car, 23 km, 25 minutes.

The house, 140 square meters can host from 6 to 8 person through 3 bedrooms (First Bedroom: 1 king-size bedroom plus 2 single beds on demand. Second Bedroom 1 king-size bedroom. Third Bedroom: 1 Sofa Bed with second bed to be used as single bed). One bath is on the second floor close to the bedrooms it has a shower. The second one has a bath tube  and it is on the ground floor.
