is a typical Tuscan “farm” from the 1800’s located in the heart of Tuscany, in the municipality of Pienza in the province of Siena, and in the Val d’Orcia Natural Park nominated by UNESCO as a human patrimony.  At 500mt above sea level it has a unique view over the world of the Crete Sienese, Pienza, Montalcino, Bagno Vignoni, etc.

From the wide entrance of the courtyard there is access to the  the swimming pool in stone in which the beauty of Pienza with its magnificent sunsets are mirrored.  

The farm, internally contructed in typical local stone, is surrounded by a large and green garden forming part of the total principal area of around 450sq.mt., with a swimming pool covered in travertine, inspired by the  Bagno Vignoni pool.

The villa is made up of a principal building used for habitation,  a building  for housing tools and equipment and a large garden.  The farmhouse has two floors elevated above ground with a total area measuresing 400 square metres.  The verticals of the properties have their  external façades faced in stone, the horizonals are in chestnut wood with terracotta panels.

The internal finishes are typical of Tuscan farmhouses:  flooring in terracotta, doors in solid chestnut wood.  The furnishings are typically Tuscan with old furniture that has been salvaged and completely restored.

The two lounge areas are equipped with televisions, the bathrooms have hairdryers.  The kitchen is equipped with an espresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, slicing machine, wood stove, fridge, toaster, blender.  It is really an ideal place for a country holiday.  It also has the possibility to accommodate more than one family, with its six bedrooms and six bathroom and large common spaces both internally and externally.  On request it is possible to arrange for daily cleaning by the hour.
