Description:	Residence dei Fiori has recently been rebuilt and it is located in the centre of town, at a distance of 50 meters from the lake promenade and the small harbour to the Borromean Islands. It is also near shops, restaurants and the supermarket. Public parking at 50 meters distance. Tennis courts, swimming pool and gym at 100 meters distance. Beach at 400 meters distance. Possibility of boat rental and water sports at 1500 meters. Golf courses nearby. The Residence can be reached by motorway A26 , exit of Baveno, 1500 meters distant from the centre of town. By train: to the station of Baveno, Stresa or Verbania. By airplane: to Milan Malpensa International Airport. The Residence consists of a reception area with bar and lifts. All the apartments consist of satellite television, safe, telephone, connection ADSL, kitchenware with dishwasher and combi-oven, hairdryer, air conditioning, heating, bed linen and blankets and jacuzzi shower- or bath. Most apartments have balconies or private terraces with lake view. The suites have a private terrace and balcony with lake view, bathroom with jacuzzi bath, lounge with sofa. The apartment in villa is 1000 meters located from the centre of town and it has a common garden and private balcony, kitchen with dishwasher and combi-oven, washing machine, bed linen, blankets and heating (autonomous). The apartments consit of bathroom with hydro shower or jacuzzi bath, hairdryer, air conditioning, heating, satellite television, telephone, ADSL connection, safe, kitchen with dishwasher, kitchen ware, combi-oven, sheets and blankets. Most of the apartments have a balcony or a private terras with lake view It can be reach by road on the A26 motorway, exit of Baveno that is 1500 meters from the centre of town. By train at the station of Baveno, Stresa, Verbania. By air from Milan Malpensa International Airport

PRICES INCLUDE: bed linen and towels with weekly change. Use of water, light and gas.

EXTRA CHARGES: in the two room apartments and in the suites you have the possibility to add one or two beds (double sofa bed or bunk beds) at € 10 p.p. per day. Optional hire of linen (for additional changes) € 9 p.p., hire of bathroom linen € 9 p.p. each change. Heating/air conditioning to be agreed locally. Cot, small bed and highchair to be requested at time of reservation, € 7 per day. Small domestic animals: to be indicated at time of reservation, € 7 per day. Compulsory final cleaning: for studio € 40, for two room apartment € 45, for three room apartment € 52, for three room apartment in villa € 60. Deposit € 200.

DAY OF ARRIVAL: period C: Saturday after 5 pm. Departure by 10 am. In other periods on agreement.

MINIMUM STAY: in july and august 7 nights; in other periods also shorter stays possible on agreement.

SPECIAL OFFERS: newly weds on honeymoon: 10% discount, excluding period C, minimum 7 nights

early booking: 60 days before, 10% discount, excluding period C, minimum 7 nights

senior citizens: 15% discount for the 2^nd week excluding period C.

4^th week of continuous stay: for free, from 08-01 till 04-04 and from 29-09 till 19-12
