This wonderful stone farmhouse is located in Fabro, between Umbria and Tuscany, about 100 km from Rome and 110 km from Florence. The Fabro railway station, from which you can get to Rome in about 60 minutes, is 10 minutes from the house. There is a free transfer service available to/from the station. The farmhouse was built at the beginning of the XVII century on the top of a hill, dominating the Tevere valley below. The view is absolutely extraordinary, including the towns of Cittŕ della Pieve and Fabro with their marvellous medieval constructions swathed in the greenery of the Umbrian hills. |

It was completely renovated by a renowned Roman architect in 2007 according to the principles of bio-architecture and is located in the center of a 30.000 square meter plot of land. It is made up of two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with sofas and a fireplace, a large dining room with a table for 14 people, a large kitchen of excellent design with a wood-fired barbecue grill, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and hydro-massage Jacuzzi bathtub. On the 1st floor there are five double bedrooms which can be converted into twin bedrooms, two bathrooms with a shower, two bathrooms with a bathtub, a living room with sofas and a big fireplace and a kitchenette. |

Outside there is a wonderful dining room, a big grill to cook outside, an antique wood oven in perfect working order, a huge swimming pool with many sunbeds, and a garden with aromatic flowers and plants. The house is equipped with TVs in many rooms, a washing machine, a dishwasher and high-quality furnishing and décor. |

A flourishing garden and a large henhouse provide you with organic vegetables and fresh eggs, and a stable with three purebred horses lets you visit the property, riding among the lush vegetation. |
