Description:	The luxury apartment Firenze is located within the caractheristical Oltrarno area, plenty of florentine craftsmen workshops, antiques and `trattorias` (the typical Florentine restaurants) and street markets. The flat offers 2-4 sleeping accommodation in 1 double bedroom and a double sofa bed with a bathroom with shower, kitchen and a stunning view on the traditional roofs of the surrunding area. It is on a 2rd floor with no elevator. The apartment has been completely renovated in April 2010 and has elegant forniture for a relaxing athmosphere. Facilties: The apartment is provided with: WIFI internet connection, air conditioning, washing machine, electrical oven, microwave, gas cooker, toaster, TV, iron. Car Park at Piazza della Calza parking (100 metres), free car park about 800 metres. Notes: Utilities are included in the price for rentals up to 7 days. For longer periods, utilities are billed on a usage basis. 45€ Are always required for final cleanings. Different payment methods are available, detailed information will be sent upon request. This is a non smoking apartment. Between the Old Bridge and today's Gate of porta Romana many hostels for pilgrims heading to Rome were opened in Via Romana, and two new bridges were built in order to ensure good communication between the two banks of the river: the Bridge alle Grazie (1257; it was destroyed by German mines in 1944 and reconstructed as a modern bridge in 1957) and the famous Bridge a Santa Trinita (1252), which was repeatedly wiped away by floods.
