 The Apartment sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms; depending on the size of the group one/two double bedrooms one/two double bedrooms are closed in order to offer the better price range.

1) 10 Pax occupancy: all the 5 bedrooms are available for guest’s use;

2) 8 Pax occupancy: 4 bedrooms are available for guest’s use, while the remaining 1 bedroom is kept locked;

3) 6 Pax occupancy: 3 bedrooms are available for guest’s use, while the remaining 2  bedrooms are kept locked.

Refundable security deposit a credit card number will be requested as guarantee against incidental damages

 Booking: At the booking a part payment has also to be sent directly to the owner;  Balance payment: the remaining should be paid 15 days prior to the arrival date;  Check-in and check-out: arrivals and departures should be arranged with the owner.
