Special Rules:

A part payment has to be paid at the moment of the reservation to the Agency and a part payment to the owner in order to confirm; balance by cash at the arrival and keys’ delivery. In addition, a deposit of € 200,00 as guarantee for damages to the house or to the belongings inside, that will give you back at the check out, after  previous and common inspection to the belongings and the balance of extra charges.

Arrival and departure time :
Arrival and check -in: the time must be conveyed and confirmed at the moment of the reservation, but not before than 3.30 p.m.

Departure and check -out: the apartment must be free within 10:00 a.m.

The price includes: Sheet, covered table cloths, bath towels, electricity, gas, water and heating’ consumption.

Final cleaning upon departure is not included into the total price, and the extra charge is € 40.00
