It has got a private entrance with double door, living room with sofa bed (double bed size) chairs, smoking table, extensible meal table (a small one in the Kitchen too), an armchair, a large double bedroom with king size bed (addictional single bed possible), one single small bed room (with an armchair), both bedrooms with windows and wardrobe, one room kitchen, one bathroom with shower. The apartment has got a balcony on the back of Palazzo della Signoria with a beautifull view on the musem of Bargello too, and six windows (with shutters).

The apartment has got a good taste of forniture, nice pavement recently renewed. The apartment (wich is not hot in summer) has got heat, air cond in the double bedroom, cealing fan in the living room, tv satelite, cd/dvd player, hair dryer, safe, iron, iron board, telephone available for local calls (they are included in the rental price), ADSL internet connection (included in the rental), washing machine, the use of linens and towels is included.

The kitchen is equipped with 4 fires, microwave oven, electric owen, fridge, freeser, dish washer, american and italian coffee maker, plates,cups, pots for cooking, covers, tea-pot, toaster, table cloathes, napkins, blender, and whatever you need for a normal use of a kitchen (paper napkin, cork screw, knifes for meat, etc..) If something is not mentioned there is not.

The capacity of the apartment is for 6 people: double room + extra bed, single room, sofa bed for two. The apartment is perfecly designed for 3 or 4 people.
 

The price for the apartment includes bed sheets, towels, use of gas, water and electricity, phone for local phone calls only, cleaning of the apartment when you depart, taxes, internet. Feel free to use everything that you need. You are kindly requested to turn off the lights and close the door well when you leave the apartment and to adopt a general correct of knowing use of water, gas and electricity.

Position It is a nice, comfortable, lovely and charming apartment situated in the historical heart of Florence. It is only 30 meters (less then a minute walking) from the Uffizi museum and Piazza della Signoria (the main square of Florence). It faces on the back of the Palazzo della Signoria (city hall) with view on the Palace of Bargello. From Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters. From the Duomo (cathedral) is 300 meters. The apartment is located 800 meters from the main train and bus station of Santa Maria Novella from wich it costs approx 5 euro by taxi (5 minutes ride).

Specific notes of the apartment

Smoking in the apartment is strictly not allowed, except for the balcony. Baby cot or high chair free, but must be specificly requested in advance. The owner of the accomodation shall not be made liable for any direct or indirect damages that may occour during the stay- period at the accomodation, including (but not exclusive to): injury to person or possession, losses because of fire, theft or criminal behavior.

CHECK-IN / CHECK- OUT: Any day of the week is acceptable for arrivals and departures. Check out must take place by 10.30 a.m. Check in after 11.00 am. We can accomodate a later check out, or an erlier check-in when possible (if no other guests are coming or leaving). You must comunicate as soon as possible the time of the arrival at the apartement by mail, it is very important to comunicate this well in advance to give the right time to prepare for your check-in. Renting an apartment is different from taking a room in an hotel, the apartment has no reception. Thankyou.
